How I cured my pubalgia IN 3 WEEKS (How to treat and exercises)

Pubalgia is a common injury in the groin and/or pubic area and I can say with certainty that it was the worst injury of my career as a player,

The pain may go away when you're resting, but it usually returns when you start exercising. I reached a point where I could no longer run changing direction, in some cases some athletes feel pain even when coughing or sneezing.

Pubalgia is caused by damage to the muscles, ligaments or tendons in the groin area. The injury is usually caused by sudden changes in direction or repetitive movements. I believe that my groin pain developed due to training on synthetic turf and the repetition of the crossing movement, since I play football as a right winger.
